    We reply with pricing, MOQ and lead time for your quantity, usually within one business day.

  3. Sample

    Paid samples via PayPal, shipped by DHL, FedEx or UPS.

  4. Bulk order

    T/T payment: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment (new customers).

  5. Shipping

    Air or sea freight for bulk orders. DDP (duties paid) available on request.

Common questions

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by product and by any customization you need. Send us the products and quantities you have in mind and we will confirm the MOQ in our quote.

Can I get a sample first?

Yes. Samples are paid and can be paid by PayPal. We ship them by express (DHL, FedEx or UPS) so you can check quality before a bulk order.

What are your payment terms?

Samples: PayPal. Bulk orders: bank transfer (T/T). For new customers the terms are a 30% deposit to start production and the 70% balance before shipment.

What is the lead time?

Lead time depends on the product, the quantity and any customization. We confirm it in writing in your quote.
