What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product and by any customization you need. Send us the products and quantities you have in mind and we will confirm the MOQ in our quote.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. Samples are paid and can be paid by PayPal. We ship them by express (DHL, FedEx or UPS) so you can check quality before a bulk order.
What are your payment terms?
Samples: PayPal. Bulk orders: bank transfer (T/T). For new customers the terms are a 30% deposit to start production and the 70% balance before shipment.
What is the lead time?
Lead time depends on the product, the quantity and any customization. We confirm it in writing in your quote.
How do you ship?
Samples and small orders go by DHL, FedEx or UPS. Bulk orders go by air or sea freight. DDP (delivered duty paid) can be quoted on request for your destination.
Can you put our logo on the products or packaging?
Logo printing, custom packaging and color options are available on request, depending on the product and the quantity. See our OEM / ODM page for the process.
Do your products have certifications?
Documents such as test reports can be provided where the factory has them for the specific model. Tell us your target market and the documents you need, and we will confirm what is available for that model before you order.
