Specification changes

Different cable lengths or port combinations can be quoted when a factory we work with can produce them.

Customization process

  1. Requirement

    You send the product, quantity, logo files and packaging ideas.

  2. Quote

    We confirm feasibility, MOQ, unit price and lead time with the factory.

  3. Sample

    A pre-production sample is made and shipped to you by express.

  4. Approval

    You approve the sample (or request changes) before mass production starts.

  5. Production

    The factory produces your order to the approved sample.

  6. Inspection

    Goods are checked against the approved sample before shipment.

  7. Shipping

    Air or sea freight, or express for small orders. DDP on request.

Good to know

Customization MOQs are usually higher than for standard products and vary by item and type of customization. Send us your target quantity and we will tell you what is feasible.
