This website (usbora.com) is operated by Shenzhen Xinpengsen E-commerce Co., Ltd. (深圳市鑫芃森电子商务有限公司), Shenzhen, China, under the brand Usbora. Contact: sales@usbora.com.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry we receive the details you enter: name, company, email, country, WhatsApp number (if given), products of interest, quantity, customization needs and your message. We also record the page you sent it from, the site language and any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link you used.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your inquiry, prepare quotes and follow up on orders you discuss with us. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Where it is stored
Inquiries are delivered to our business email and may be kept as a backup on our hosting provider (Cloudflare). The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam.
Analytics and cookies
The site itself does not set marketing cookies. If we enable Google Analytics, it is used to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to handle the business relationship, and delete them on request.
